Shipping policy

At Apex Therapy, we partner with leading international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, USPS, and EMS. These carriers work with local couriers to deliver your order directly to your door. We are proud to offer FREE worldwide shipping.

Order Processing and Payment

You will be charged when your order is placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. This process may take several days. To help prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

We typically require 2-3 business days to process and fulfill your order before it is transferred to our carrier's sort facility. Some items may take longer to fulfill, particularly during major holidays (up to 10 business days - very rarely) or if they are in high demand and experiencing stock issues.

Once your order begins processing in our shipping department, we cannot make any changes, including address modifications. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

Please note that we only ship orders during business days (Monday-Friday) and do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to variations in manufacturing locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility.

Please be aware that tracking information may take a few days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than five business days ago and there is no update on your tracking number, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Below are our estimated shipping times for reference:

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, Apex Therapy cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events that may impact delivery timelines.

Duties, Taxes and Other Fees

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Apex Therapy has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any associated import taxes and return shipping costs.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on these policies, as they vary by country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Apex Therapy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please file a claim with your shipping carrier.

We utilize timestamp and tracking information when reviewing damage or return requests. If the damage is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we may not be able to honor your claim.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, it cannot be retrieved or redirected.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to give you peace of mind. For a small additional fee, your order will be covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit.

If you opt in to Shipping Protection and your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Stolen after being marked as delivered

you'll be eligible for a free replacement or full refund, subject to approval. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if the item is missing).
