Refund policy

At Apex Therapy, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be challenging, and we are committed to providing exceptional service to ensure your experience with us is always positive.

Return Policy

Apex Therapy accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased through our website within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item shows no signs of damage.
  • All original packaging remains intact.

Please note that any signs of damage will void the Apex Therapy guarantee. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, it is eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

After 30 days from the date of purchase, items are no longer eligible for return or exchange.

Returns due to personal preferences, style, or change of mind will also be considered, but acceptance is not guaranteed; please contact team@apextherapy.store for further information.

Certain products are exempt from being returned, including but not limited to intimate garments, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, digital products or flammable liquids and gases.

To process your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) along with your order number.

For returns or exchanges, please contact us at team@apextherapy.store, providing your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will assist you based on the guidelines outlined in this policy.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time before the order has been shipped (typically within 48 hours after the order is created).

All cancelled orders are subject to a $10 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and processing costs.

If Apex Therapy contacts a customer to confirm order details due to an error (e.g., address issues) and no reply is received, the order and funds will be placed on hold for one month. After this period, the order will be cancelled, and the refund will be issued minus the $10 cancellation fee.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will confirm whether the order can be cancelled and process the refund according to the terms above.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at team@apextherapy.store with your order number and reason for the exchange. Our team will handle your request according to the terms stated above.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Apex Therapy cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking information.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to process between financial institutions. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us at team@apextherapy.store so we can assist in investigating the delay.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing team@apextherapy.store. We rely on delivery confirmation and tracking data to review and process damage claims. If damage is not reported within this timeframe, we may be unable to honor your request.
