Once powered, select the appropriate attachment for your needs: the Oblate Head for broader surface areas, the Focus Head for deeper, more targeted relief, or the Spheroidal Head for precise stimulation of pressure points. Although PostureJet™ can be used without conductive gel, applying a small amount to the target area can enhance its effectiveness by improving conductivity.
After turning on the device, adjust the intensity to your comfort level and gently press the pen against the area of discomfort, such as your neck, back, or shoulders. You can either move the pen in slow, circular motions for overall relief or hold it in place for 30-60 seconds for targeted pressure on specific points. For optimal results, use PostureJet™ for about 5-10 minutes, but avoid exceeding 15 minutes on the same area in one session. Once finished, turn off the device and clean the attachment as needed.
